On July 31st, 2013, the awarding ceremony for the most valuable Chinese listed companies was held in Shenzhen. With a history of 7 years, the event this year is co-organized by Securities Times and New Fortune. After several rounds of systematic evaluation and public online voting, Mr. Du Bin, vice-president and company secretary of NFC, was awarded as one of the 100 Best Company Secretaries of Chinese Main Board Listed Companies. This award is an public recognition for Mr. Du’s working as company secretary since 2001, as well as for NFC’s continuous progress on investor relations management, information disclosure and related securities affairs.
